New Rebuild/Won't Start

I just got done rebuilding my blaster engine, and after putting it back in the frame, I cant get it to start. It was rebored, new piston, rod, bearings, and the oil pump is disabled to I'm premixing. I have fuel in the carb, it actually started and ran for about 3 seconds then died. I readjusted the air screw, and tried to adjust the idle screw. I can't figure out what I need to do. ANY ideas would help. Thanks

try this

take the carb off look over it and double check it
then while the carb is of make sure the reeds are in right
and is it geting spark after it died?

what was the setup before the rebuild? As in carb,jets,pipe,bore,stroke? More info would be appreciated.
