Good morning Gents, I just purchased the V Force 3 reed cage I:I online ($120 delivered) Do I need to get a new intake gasket now before install. ..........I can't wait to see the difference these things do (from what I've heard, increased displacement, pipe, and one of these cages are the top three mods, ....is this correct? Thanks.

with just the reeds you arent gonna feel much diffrence. dont get your hopes up too much or you'll be disapointed. they dont add any power at all, all they do is make it more responsive when you give it the gas. theres less lag from the time you goose it till the motor responds.

but man, they do hell of a good job at that. i defently noticed the better response time and more peppyness.

yea u do have to do a lil modification to the stock manifold its like a tab on it that you have to cut off and it goes on there fine
