Hi, I'm Josh from just south of Dayton, OH. I've been into riding atv's and dirt bikes for about 15 years. I just got a great deal on a 89' Blaster it has a 240 BB kit with a uni filter and rear holeshots still stock exhaust and carb... soon to change. When I got it last week it didn't run but after rebuilding the carb it runs great. I just Rhino Lined then fenders and tank cover and part of the front bumper. Here's some pics when I got it and during fixing it finished product soon to come.

ohio sucks, and doesn't that now weight a sh*t load from the rhino liner?

I used a new high pressure system to spray it at 200 psi to obtain several thin coats. Doing all I did I only added 5.5 lbs and I never have to worry about scratched plastic again . Its tensile will also prevent the plastic from breaking to a certain degree.

5.5lbs? sh*t I am trying to lose as much weight as possible on my zilla, want to make it 100% ready for drags next year. but i am not sure how to lose enough weight.

Go on a diet, and excersise. Cheapest and easiest way to save weight when racing.

But that rhino lining looks good. We got a new work truck this fall. Its a 08 F-450 with a 10 or 11 foot service body. The exterior of the body is rhino lined, except for the sides. That stuff is grippy and strong. We throw shovels and all of our tools and supplies in it, and it only has a fell small scratches, but no metal showing. And when its wet, we can walk on it and not slide.
