Hi,
to all in the Blaster world, I inherit a 1998 blaster from my bother that has gone to prison for 7yr.
So iam here trying to get info to fix the blaster now, It is missing the key and dont have any brakes on it.
I would like to know how to start it without a key, to see if it will even start for me.
Then i would like to start from there,Any help would be great. Thank you

The ignition system "kill" function are all normally open switches that close to kill the fire. Right now, the key switch is grounding out the CDI because there's no key in it. If you disconnect the black and white wire from the key switch, it cannot ground out the CDI.

Before starting it, I recommend draining the fuel from the carburetor and fuel tank and refilling with fresh 93 octane fuel (and quality premix oil if the oil injection has been deleted).

While you're at it, check the transmission fluid.
