new clutch but no grab

How I do I adjust this thing. I installed a brand new clutch and I lit seems like I have it adjusted as tight as it wants to go but the pressure plate isn't even touching the clutch disks. It seems like it's missing another disk and a plate? Wth is going on

Did you follow a manual or O'Connor vids for assembly ? There's a mark on pressure plate and inner hub that have to line up.
Be sure to torque screws, OVERTIGHTENING WILL BREAK THE BASKET !! If new plates hopefully you soaked them.

if aligning the dots doesn't solve your problem, then you'll need to move onto the rod/nut adjustment.
