Had some spare time today so I swapped out the 280 jet with a 290 and did this,

I had an extra bumper from a raptor sitting around (guy sent me the wrong one and let me keep it) So I figured why not?? Pretty simple 2 conduit straps and 2 small holes drilled and tapped into the front bumper mounts.

Doesn't hit at full lock and wont when the suspension compresses either (I tried I:I)

hell yea !!!!!!
thats a sweet bumper, any way to make it bolt on sturdier than conduit straps ???
worth the effort IMO

If I hit something I dont think it would hurt it, but it is alum. The mount is deff not coming off the frame if thats what you are referring too. Its mounted sturdy I can pick up the quad with the front bumper. But I plan on getting some think alum flat stock and running it behind the top mount with longer bolts so I can get rid of the conduit clamps.

The bumper is 2 pcs, bumper and mounting bracket.

yeah, flat stock instead of the conduit straps !!!!!!!

ya man my dad puts in hvac duct work and those conduit straps are god. some of the sh*tty bolts i have snapped off i can guarentee conduit straps are stronger
