what is the finished on the bumper, hard to tell but looks like their not so great polish job they have.
just like mine. i tried to make mine shine more with steel wool and polish, but it didn't want to.

yep, mounts right to the stock locations, the 2 holes under the front of the bottom frame rails, and the bumper mount right below the hood
