So I dropped the motor off at Short Block Charlies in Tempe, AZ. He was highly rated, and will have the complete job done for $500. Thanks to Ken for all of the advice, I just didnt want to ship the motor across the country. I pick up the motor on Wed, back into the bike that night. Details to follow, can't wait to hit the desert.

Should be sweet. Where we are, it is mostly sanding, a few small trees / bushes, but not quite like the dunes. It is about a 2.5 hour drive to get to Glamis dunes
