New blaster won't start

Won't start getting good spark and fuel is getting to the plug but after a couple of kick my carburetor wants to leak out the overflow hose

Clean your carb. Your float needle is probably junk and not sealing properly and the wonders of ethanol in the gas has probably build up enough to hold it open.
