I just got a 2001 blaster for 500, has oil block off kit but there isn't a plug on carb for the delete, but I'm not sure what to plug, and all throttle "sticks" not the cable tho it just seems like it hits a limiter and stays there for no reason

yes, the brain, the carb, and the throttle are all disconnected, I just took the tors box apart from on top of the carb and the little black box connected to the idle screw is broken... so I assume the idle is too high and now there's no way to adjust it. now what do I do? thanks for the helps guys I just want to ride my blaster...and would a differant spark plug than the manual says cause any difference in the idle?

I replaced the idle screw and still starts at wot...idt tors is the problem it's all disconnected
