Neeed help with TORS elimination!

Okay, I've got my TORS all done except for the fact the idle screw is jacked up! When i put the nut on it and put in the idle screw, it idles way too low and stalls, but if i take that nut off and screw it all the way in, it idles like perfect...the cable is threaded all the way in through the carb cap, and the handlebar throttle adjustment is all the way out...i need help!!! If i use the screw ithout the nut it falls out (already lost one screw)...

So you have the adjuster on the carb cap all the way down and the adjuster on the thumb throttle all the way out? I would try to adjust them evenly as they will have an effect on the idle by how tight the cable is adjusted.

oh ok...so maybe on the carb top maybe half way on the screw???

I would start with both of them all the way in and adjust them evenly.
