bagds101 New Member Jul 6, 2010 1,464 16 0 tucson az Apr 12, 2011 #2 shouldnt be that hard. i know some stuff on those 4.0s and 4.2s are a pain in the ass. but i dont think it would be that hard. take your valve covers off and go from there. but are you sure its a lifter tick? and not just an exhaust leak
