I have a android tablet now because my laptop sh*t itself. Its pretty cool but i need some cool apps and anyone know about rooting an android and if it hurts it at all?

u know much about rooting, i'v tried about every process on my new samsing galaxy player 4.0 which is running gingerbread 2.3.5 and i cannot get superoneclick or any other program to work..... i want to root it bad...
Never rooted an android, only PSP.
