A few of you wrote on led super high lumen head lights for our blaster's. However i am in need of complete, organized instruction in lamens terms....plzz

thanks in advance, dg

If your building a light from scratch, normally the led light will have info with it that includes the recommended driver.
Sometimes the driver is even included. Then you goto deals extreme and find the driver, buy it. Lol
If your that new to the whole deal your gonna want to do some research on making a led.
Your gonna need a led, heatsink, thermo paste, driver, and soldering skills.

THANKS, all i need is specific part numbers and company. i have an electronics guy in my business who is more to assemble the system.

so anyone have tride and true system?

I did alot of research and reading when I decided to go with leds on the shee. IMO if you are trying to build a light then DX has all you need.
There is a few guys on here who have or know about what you need for led lighting. Maybe they will chime in here.
There are so many options and varibles in deciding on a system.
The lighting on my shee is 3 groups of 3, 3 watt leds for 27 watts all in one housing.
I run it on 2 R/C batteries for around 14.4v's. It should last 3.5 hours @ a lil over a 2 amp draw.

Sounds good to me!! I ride in central pa, coal country. Several areas in which i ride are called "stripping pits" by the locals...They are very dangerous cause the terrain changes at a moments notice, sink holes, under ground mine collapse and heavy erosion. At night you can get lost in 20,000 sq acres of terrain, having average blaster light.....hence my search to get dual quality lighting. Thanks for your input.. I found a few leads and will continue searching. after which i will post a very complete instructional with pics and part sources.

anyone else... ideas....
