I just put a piston in my son's blaster put it back together and it won't star i have 115psi compression good blue spark, and the reeds are fine. When i try to start it with my hand over the carb you can feel air coming out the carb like back pressure but if i put gas in the the back of the carb it'll start and run for a sec.:-/

well did you bother tearing the carb apart and cleaning it up... need to check a few things compression (which 115 seems a little low for a fresh rebuild) spark which is good. air way is clear and getting to the engine and fuel is getting to the engine.

Yeah the piston facing the right way..lol I already took the carb apart and cleaned it the jets are clear the float isn't sticking. The tors is still on the carb but isn't hooked up the wires are cut on it.That's how i bought it it wasn't running due to the pistion when i got it so i haven't had it running since i got it

yeah it's got good flow from the tank to the carb just seems once it gets to the carbs it stops it will run if i spray gas in the carb but that's it:-/

Sounds to me like your metereng jet is clogged/stuck. Take your carb bowl off, remove the float pin & float. Remove the little jet w/spring in it and clean out the hole & seat (blow compressed air through where the fuel line hooks to). Blow out the bowl vents good also.
