Had a question for everyone in here?
If i buy a piece of land in PA... How do I start a club so that people can get a membership and ride on my land.... How many people from here would be interested, and do you know if there is a big leagal process to do this or is it something that can just be started without dealing with the leagal stuff. All imput is appreciated.
Thanks.....

There is a track that isn't too far from where I live and I'm pretty sure all that guy did was made up a waiver form that you have to sign before you can ride there, something just saying that its not his responsibility if something happens there.

i'm gonna look into the waiver sounds like it would work i have like 3 - 4 people that are willing to invest with me...
so like i said any other help to make this happen would be appreciated.
We all want another place to ride and believe me everything works out it will be a sick place to ride!

personally i'd go talk to a lawyer and have them help you draft up the waiver air tight so you don't get screwed by some dumbass that gets hurt and tries to sue

Def gonna go talk to a lawyer.... But any one know how it works with knocking down some trees do i need permit to do that or once its my property can i do as i want with it... wanna know so i know what kind of property to look for... if it is too heavily wooded it wll be no good.... really want something with the best of all world!

waiver with donations, but if the neighbors complain you have to check the ordinance laws for that location. Example here if it's more than three riders you need a permit for and event each time if the neighbor complains. It can work a local atv club will also help!

yeah, noise, even places like the breezewood proving grounds have trouble with the neibhors complaining, and a dude that used to race and work for "cernics"(travis pastrana's sponsor) here in town, he made a little practice track at his house, kinda out in the boonies, but the neibhors complained to the township and he went to court and settled on certain days he's allowed to ride, and he has to be done by 7pm, just a whole bunch of legal bullshit to get thru, and big $$$ on legal, lawyer and insurance fee's
