need help with2004 blaster

2004 blaster idles, drives slow untill i get to about half throttle then it backfires then bogs down and shuts off. Cleaned the carb it didnt work, put a different carb on same thing. Not sure what it could be. Could use some help, thanks.

2.a sheared woodruff key throwing timing off.
3. reeds are shot.
4. compression test?
