Need help with engine!!!

i did the same thing to my quad... i went with .40 over (1mm bigger) because i didnt have to rejet and i got a wiesco prolite piston and i am very satisfied.... but i kinda wish i went a little bit bigger... if u dont mind a little jet work... get like a 67.25-68... it will give noticable power increase and wont hurt reliability too much

first off............NO

you don't want to go any bigger than you have to to fix the cylinder. there is no noticeable difference in power going bigger than you have to. if you feel an increase its because the performance has degraded over time because its loosing compression and then when its running correctly then you're just back up to where it should be.

there's not enough power in it to make it worth it. maybe .5 hp maxing out the cylinder so that after that bore you have a paper weight.
