does anyone know where you can get a torque wrench that will work on screws or allen bolts so that i can torque down my clutch cover right?

Just get a 3/8 drive inch pound torque wrench and get allen sockets for it.
Or phillips sockets.

ok thanks..... i am jsut having trouble finding one... a decent one that is that goes to inch pounds

craftsman makes one. go to kmart or sears. also, ditch the phillips head bolts. install some allen head bolts. and buy the allen drivers. (sockest with an allen wrench in them instead of a hole for a nut or bolt) easier to work with. your local hardware store sells replacements...either black or stainless. trust me you'll be much happier
