I don't know if that's what you need. We need some more info. What size piston is in it now? Is your cylinder scored? I take it you are redoing the top end?????

Where did you get the jug. If you didn't get it from a reputable shop i wouldnt just go order a piston for it. Actuall if you got it from a good shop it should have came with a piston. If I were you I would take that jug to a shop and make it measured. You dont want to order a piston and find out the jug is out of round or tapered. Take it to the shop and they will tell you what size piston you need. The problem is that all pistons are a little different.

Also I don't understand why you bought a new jug if yours was on a stock bore. Just give us the whole story and we will be able to help.

i didnt wanna go through the hassal of sending the jug out to be bored, i figured itd be easier just to buy one that was done, and just buy a piston and bolt it on.

I'm confused here. It only cost 60 dollars to get it bored and you know it will be right. So you bought a jug that has been bored? Shops won't bore a cylinder without a piston because all pistons are slighly different in size, that's why they need it. My advice to you is to take your old cylinder to a shop and have it looked at. They will either have a piston in stock or tell you what size to order. I would not just order a piston and put it in that cylinder.

Pistons can be different enough that my son's Banshee came back with pistons and cylinders marked A & B . This ain't rocket science, but they have to work with about .0005" tolerance. This is why the cylinder is bored to the supplyed piston.
Are you sure this "new" cylinder is a "fresh" bore?

All of this PLUS not to mention the fact that cast and forged pistons have about .001 clearance difference.
