I want to put a bigger carb on my Blaster with stock for now motor. How much will it help the power?Do i need to use bigger boot? What are the good carbs to use.I:I

what ar your future mod plans? right now that would just be a waste of money if your not gonna mod it...... so if i were you i would wait. and you may have to change the boot...... mikuni, keihen, pj, there all exceptional carbs

just wait ti'll u mod

Maybe you'd see some increase in top end with something like a 30mm carb, but unless you are going to put in a big bore kit, I'd go no bigger than that. However, if you're going to put in the ig bore kit, stroker, etc. I'd go with the Keihin PWK35. It's a more modern design than the PJ34, and according to Wildcard, is a lot more reliable. Brandon from Wildcard calls the PJ34 "chinsey"

The stock boot that is on there now can go up to 28mm. That's it. You can, however, modify the boot for a bigger carb. I just bought the UPP 34/35mm boot from Vito's when I got my bigger carb. Then you know that it is going to be a perfect fit when you get the boot that's made for it.

my 30mm fit into the intake boot fine not sure about the side that goes to the airbox as mine isnt stock and i would get some more mods on the motor before switching carbs maby start with a pipe setup first it would probably give you the most noticeable power increase and then work your way up untill you need a bigger carb
