I have a mikuni carb on my bike, not sure what size but i know its not stock. My question is, where do i measure to find out what size it is?

I have a mikuni 28mm carb. Anyone know what jetting i should start at without doing a plug chop? Uni filter, no lid, 32:1 mix, toomey b1 exhaust.
i got same set up besides the exhaust im all stock in that department but bored 30 over i am runnig a 250 main and havent runs strong hair ritch but rather be ritch
[[/B]wow that's small the main stock in my bike was a 230 maybe start even at the stock 230 I haven't done a plug chop either yet just ran it for a min earlier after go it all together gonna hopefully do plug chop tommarow after work but I know I won't be lean prolly a bit Ritch if too Ritch ill drop Dow to a 240
Plug chop is simple. Do a search. Its stickied in the diy section i believe. Do you have a 28mm carb or a stock carb?
It's stock carb but all the pics of the plugs dnt look like my plug I'm running br8es Ngk all pick dnt have threads
Plug chop.
Warm up motor to operating temp.
Fit new B8ES plug, ride through the gears and hold WOT in 5th or 6th gear for 10 seconds, or as long as you can safely.
Switch off the motor and pull in the clutch, roll to a stop.
Take the plug out and replace the old one for the ride home.
Carefully cut the threaded end off the plug to expose the insulator.
There should be a smoke ring of a cardboard or biscuit colour around the insulator.
If it is non existant or a very light colour, you are lean and require a larger main jet.
If it is a lot darker you are rich and may go down a size in main.
I prefer to run a little on the darker side, I may loose a little power but it is worth it for the peace of mind that I won't need a rebuild so soon.

I.know how to plug chop. I was just wondering if anyone knew where i should start. If im lean as hell, i dont wanna blow it up trying to plug chop

I know all about jetting on a stock carb. This is my first not stock carb and have no clue where i should be
