Need bar info needed

I'm asking this for a friend. I'm looking for a brand of nerd bars where the mounting braket does not hang lower then the peg. The ones he has now hang to low at the mount and he gets hung up when he has to cross the rail road tracks.

I have had dg and tusk and neither have hung below the peg. the tusk are priced very well but i haven't ridden with them yet so no feedback on the durability yet. but they are shinny!
