Ok ive had two blaster I just bought another one today and each one ive had ive either cracked the piston skirt and seized the piston or just locked the motor up....now ive got this one and after i let it warm up a lil and then ride it its like i can feel it sputter in the middle of each gear unless i get on it and then it will go just fine but its doesnt feel rite riding slow threw the gears it kinda acts like the carb is maybe stopped up does anybody have any oppinions on what mite be wrong?

i say u gte ahold of holeshot and get ur self a leak down tester or look up the diy and make one of your own
Don't feel bad my yz is doing that to well leaking oil into the crank. That would be the reason I'm selling it and getting a crf.....hahahahahahah I'm so evil leaving yamaha and 2poke what am I thinking lol.
ok this really isnt helping to be honest everyones telling me different stuff to do or why there selling there but i need to know what is the most likeley reason its doing it can i keep riding it or will i blow it up and how much money am i looking at can somebody please give me an answer isnt this what the blaster forum is for?
well how about you try some of the things suggested? like get a leakdown tester and do the proper tests, take the covers off and see if something is just jammed in there.. take the head off and get a look at the piston and cylinder walls.. you are gonna have to help yourself a little bit here, we can suggest things but its up to you to follow up. have you done ANYTHING to try and figure this out besides coming on here?
wow nobody was rite on here all i did was change the spark plug and give it a lil hell i cleaned it rite out the damn thing rides better then my other blaster ever did and it quit smoking i think some of us cough cough need to loose some rep on here cuz yall blaster freaks dnt know so much after all think ill stick to good ol fashion commen sense waste of time on here im out
one of the reasons you got different answers is you never said what you checked, most of what was said was common sense, it does this, you check it. most people will check the plug before coming on here so its assumed its ok.

we all just figured you might just be smart enough to check your own damn spark plug, smart ass. not the right attitude to have here. and a leakdown test is still a good thing to do even if your blaster is runnin alright. all the advice given was good advice. so basically you just ask questions before you even check the simple manditory things like spark, gas, and air. you sound like a real pro. and there is only one ass here brando LOL
u didnt use commen sense b4 you came on here this is my rule one my blaster whe its not runing right spark plug. if its not runing right i change it even if it dont look bad. plugs like 3 bucks you said it feels like carbs clogged up that means clean the carb and the air filter. witch u should clean and oil your air filter offten. i do mine every week and a leak down tester is a great investment if you rebuild it before you start it you should leakdown test. but do whatever you want bro it would be great to have you on the site but if your gana gte like that just because some of us said clean ur carb and air filter and your crank seals are bad and it wasnt it was ur plug dont mean its a bad site but thats what white smoke usualy means. when did you wash your quad last was it b4 this happened.
my bad yall my gf got on here and put that because she thinks that i love my blaster more then her and id rather work on it then spend time with her and left this up and she put that sh*t.....but yeah i shoudl have checked the spark plug but i did get it running rite thanks for all the advice and no i havnt washed it i just bought i the other day its my third one...and seems like yall are pretty kool none of yall even got pissed of talked crap about me thanks again.....
she has every right to feel that way. who doesn't love their blaster more than their girlfriend. lol
