Need advise

I have a 2000 blaster. The whole quad was re-built, I started it up and tried to ride it and it was acting like it was too rich. No matter what I do with jetting it wouldn't change anything. Its like it has a rev limiter sat at 900 RPM. Ive come to think that it might be an electrical problem. Bike revs fine in neutral, but once its under a load the bike doesn't want to do anything. You could try unhooking the TORS system, just unplug the wires on top the carb and under the hood at the TORS box. You might want to check the reeds also.

umm the tors is been remove a long time ago my reeds are new but not saying there not bad iam going to look at thos in the morning how ever it will run so so till i hit it over 50% it run like crap but if i just do like 2% it will start to pull then a lil more throttle it runs so bad i just dont get it

I had a problem giving it gas last night and changed my pug it helped

if you dont have it in gear and rev it up does it rev or die?
