Well I am thinking about either parting out my blaster and grabbing up this other one from a friends family member if I do decide on fixing it wheres best place to buy a rebuild kit for the top end links would help if anyone can find me some thanks alot try to keep it in the $100 range I:I

100 bucks is pretty stiff on a rebuild for a top end. Expect to pay more. A decent piston is gonna run around that. Plus you need a new jug gasket, a new head gasket, you might need a rebore and a hone.

Youre prolly gonna end up spending 200ish on a decent top end I think.

Honestly I am probably going to just part mine out or something I can buy a whole running blaster for like 400-500 off of a friends family member which is bored up ported polished I will just keep my wheels and tires swing arm nerf bars handle bars and front maier plastics and sell everything else probably be easier this way they prob don't even have an hour on it since the rebuild might post up my strocker tonight on craigslist

And I was saying 100 ish for the piston rings and gaskets :)

The gaskets arent too expensive. Youre looking at like.. 8 or 9 bucks for an OEM headgasket, and like maybe 12 for a jug gasket. The exhaust ring gasket is a bit more, and I think I got an intake gasket too. Ill have to check my reciept for what they are, but you COULD get a top end gasket kit from like cometic, or some other reputable brands, I only trust OEM, so Ill pay more for them.

Piston, you can go cheaper, or you can just get a wiesco matched to the bore size you will end up using. That will be 80-90 bucks (maybe closer to 100), just for the piston. (Again, you can go cheaper, Im not sure what a cast piston will cost like an OEM one, I wont use anything but a wiesco - thats what my buidler recommends and thats what was in the bike when I got it).

Then you gotta get it honed at least. Thats not too expensive, but if theres damage, theres most likely gonna be a bore in your future, and you cant buy the piston till the bore size is determined.

Even if you do all the work yourself, I really dont see a top end getting done for less than 175 ish. If you cant afford that, yeah, youre prolly just gonna have to part it out.

wiseco pro-lite piston kit is $101 on rocky mountain atv it only comes with the piston, rings, wrist pin, and wrist pin clips the bearing is another 12 dollars but it has free shipping
