now looking at it it f*cked up the top end, which just got a bore and hone, and I only had 1 trip on it. errrrggg

That's definietly a warranty item you see where the discolored spot is? That's a Manufacter flaw! I hope they take care of you! If you have reciepts of top end work They should take care of that too!

unfortunately, more then likely they'll only replace there part. I had a hot rods rod snap on me awhile back and they replaced the rod but refused to replace the shattered piston, broken cylinder and bent cylinder base studs. Maybe vito's is different.
What mods do you have done?
