My tranny is goin out... new plan!

I have a 2000 blaster and i think my tranny is starting to slip. so i came up with the awesome idea of taking a similar year banshee engine and tranny and puting it in my blaster. It will have more power and i might mod it a bit too.
I just need to know if it will go in without too much effort. and any other suggestions will help! I:I

not sure a shee swap has ever been completed sucessfully, and i believe it will have to sit way to the left for the gears/chain to line up ???
as with any swap.....prolly more than most can handle


all you need for a "slipping tranny" is a new clutch.............

i like that paint!! pretty sweet when it hits the sun, and if your gonna drop a banshee motor in.. get a shee, pointless to throw it in a small blaster frame, though bigger motors have been modded to fit bigger than the banshee motor in a blaster frame, id just get a banshee

Id just get a banshee alot of fab work to make it fit...simple fix get new clutches

I will get a clutch kit when i can and keep it the way it is. and im planning on getting a swingarm extention. and maybe mod the engine up a bit.

what if i got the clutch stuff out of another blaster? would that help?

I am lucky to know with a yamaha quad junkyard. he has a couple racers that wrecked. maybe ill take it from that.

Yeah i would never install a used clutch from so other bike unlees i was really really deperate....

Get your self a manual,a heavy duty clutch kit and a basic set of hand tools and spend 15 mins putting a clutch in it.

This is basic care and maintenance you need to know.
