It does need a carb rebuild kit but i ordered one so thats partly why it is idling high.

hahaha thanks! owner before me took the baffle out so i ordered a Fmf Quiet Core insert to quiet it down a few db. thanks i love it! when i got it sunday it was white. i rode all day yesterday and i havent even given it a bath yet so yeah!
