well i pulled apart the carb to check the jetting to find out (the big jet in the middle ,main jet right? ) is a 085 thats way to low what jet should i get ,its been bored (not sure how many times, and has the airbox lid removed! what jets should i get ?and what jet should i get when i get a fm pipe and silenceR???? thanks guys

More info, what carb are you running. No one can give you exact jetting specs but it looks like the bike is mostly stock. If so go with the stock jetting and work it up or down from there.Stock jetting should be really close.

its the stock carb mukini or something

this again? I have never heard of a main jet on a blaster being below a 230. do you have a magnifying glass? if it is that small you should be running way lean and burning up pistons left and right.

sorry i forgot about the last one ....yup man i took it apart again and it said 085

yeah man get a pic up of that carb and jet location so we can help further.
and with a stock carb and an fmf pipe you should be around a 260 main jet .....BUT thats only a starting point , dont slap a 260 in and run it then blame me for it blowing up.

when you remove the bowl from the bottom(carefully now, things can get lost) it will be the hex head brass jet directly in the center of everything, it should have a plastic spacer lookin thing attached to it.

honestly im not at all sure what the plastic thing does but its there for a reason. if i had to guess i would say its there to keep the pilot from rattling out into the bowl

on my dads bayou 220, the aftermarket jet was too small to keep the plastic thing there, it had a bigger hole ( giggity) but it was just smaller in size, weird

yah, on the bayou's jet the jet was too small to keep the plastic thing on, so we said whatever, it runs fine, actually perfect, the jettings spot on
