ok so it has ben a while bit i have the motor in the mouns done some paint done and am runing in to a problem with the clutch actuator not engaging at all any ideas on what the prob could be? will have pics on soon and it looks sweet.
Did you roll the shaft forward before installing the arm onto it? (the shaft that goes down onto the side casing). I had the same problem with my LT and its cause there's a idiotic way you have to install it that you can't explain with words lol
i haven't taken any thing apart on the motor yet starting to think the clutch is stuck but ill just keep trying every thing that is suggested and all i can think of
well found out tat the clutch was improperly adjusted and got it fixed just need to finish off the raid mounts and get the fuel system cleaned out and a new rim and ith should be good to go.
got more pics for you guys. i got the kill located the clutch adjusted carb set and just need to get a new throttle and cable as well as final touch-ups on the raids and a new back rim and shell be good to go. neighbors are already pissed at me lol need to repack the silencer on it there is nothing in it so its extremely loud made my ears ring.
