I just bought this blaster and when I got it it needs a ton of work but I'm trying to find out if this idiot that had it has the right parts on it it has a tomney tailpipe he had the 2 pipes held together with garden hose plus it runs like sh*t no power I found the v force reed cage has a crack in it and I took the spark plug out and the tip was flat could this be it's sitting in the head to deep and the piston hits it and crushes it

I wouldn't try starting that blaster again untill you leak down test it, and go over it. B1 is a toomey product. If it had a garden hose holding it together, I'd make sure I went over the rest of the bike thoroughly to make sure no other make shift parts are on there. What part of the plug is flat? Is it the right plug? NGK B8ES?

But seriously, if the reed cage had a crack, that means you probably have an airleak. Test it and see whats all wrong. The Good members of blasterforum are happy to help with any questions/ problems.

Yes it has the right plug it's the tip what you would gap I'll pulled the top end and the gaskets are shot I have a cometic gasket set for it which I'm replacing all of them there was a small leak I could feel it pumping out air and when I pulled the head it was covered in oil and grime so now I'm just cleaning the motor down everything looks good inside piston rings all that so I'm goin to pick up a stock reed cage Tom. For it and continue rebuilding it I also noticed the copper head gasket was on not on right way it has a vitas .40 kit on it and I know those gaskets are tricky thanks for the help
