thats a good idea with the u-bolts.you can use the 03- right side footpeg with brake lever

Can you maybe flip the u bolts around?

this is a great idea....i've often wondered why no one has made some nice bolt ups for this....East Coast ATV has something like this but they only have one bracket....how does it hold up when you really mash on the pedal?

you could also get a different length plates and drill a hole at a different location to change the position of the cylinder

Nice idea mabye you could use those bolts that have a round cap on ?
(don't know hou they are called)

As for the pedal if you use the pre-03 pedal you will have a very on/off feel to the brake. The pivot point is too far away from the master cylinder.
If you look at a pedal for a hydro you wil see what i mean
I had to modify mine because the prev. owner used the stock pedal.
I changed the position of the pivot axel and modifyed the pedal and now it's much better.
If you need mesurements say so

i get what you mean thats y i have life a 4 in pice of steel weld to the petal thats what i did for the cap i had to get a longer hose tho thats y it isnt attched in the pic
