My blaster wont run right ! PLEASE HELP!!

The jetting is stock. Stock pipe .20 Is that alright?

Stock jetting is , pilot #32.5, main #230, needle in centre clip.

If it is very cold the main might need beefing up some.

Well i plan on riding it in the winder (about 20 degrees) so i minght need to jet up
