So what happen was one day when i woke up and gonna ride my back tire was flat so i got the pump and filled it up and then like 2-3 days later it was flat again but i didn't hear air coming out so ??? any help

you have a slow leak, one that takes around 2-3 days to expell all the air out i'd say.
if its not new tire time you have 3 options...
a)find the hole and plug
b)the bead is broke, so take to a shop to reseal it
c)slime it, and ride it

I got my tire fixed from my dad's friend but he filled the tire so thats its really hard but i don't know if i should let air out or is it suppose to be hard? Thanks
3 to 5 pounds of air not much!!!,3 pounds if you are on loose terrain and 5 pounds for hard pack!!!
like for the back tires do u want them to look like racing tires...long and fat or like the front tires?
you mean the terrain?? tight packed terrain would be like.... a gravel road... a road.... hard packed trails
loose would be like.. loose rocks, and places where you'd need good traction
just check and see with the tool for the pin or you can use a small pair of pliars and tightnen it also put air in the tires and spray some soapy water aroung the stem and the bead of the rim
