Ok I have had a few questions before about this motor rebuild and decided not to go with a large bore here is another direction I am at .020 over so I will probably do with a .060 over to clean up the jug here is my next question the guy I bought the bike off of tore the motor apart when he did he beat the crap out of the crank here is my question 3mm stroker worth the money or not you can get one on ebay for about 150bucks and I need a new crank anyway so is it or is it not worth the money and if I bore out to .060 and stroke out what else will i have to do for it to run right obviously I am gonna get ported and polished while I have the jug at the machine shop and I have a stage 2 jetted carb with dg aftermarket exhaust also anyone have results that they have noticed from a reed spacer is it worth the money I am going all out on a budget so lemme know cheap trick that give results thanks

first dont assume that you need to go .060 over take it to a machine shop and have them measure it you dont want to bore it any further than you have to. also look at vitos atv parts i think the 3mm crank is on sale for $130?

What he said^^^You prob only need to go to .040 to clean it up, but get it measured to be sure. Get your max life out of that cylinder.

Since you are porting anyway, get the stroker and have the ports adjusted for the stroke. This is better than using the spacer (everybody says).

With porting and a possibly a stroker I would def look at at least a PWK28 carb, maybe even a PWK35. Reed spacer? I've heard various stories, but it would certainly be handy to keep a bigger carb from interfering with your clutch lever on the trans.
