Mossbarger/1dir Racing Reed Cage

Just bought these from tater(thanks). gotta get my gasket from awk08(thanks) and some longer bolts before i can bolt it up and test it out but i gotta say it sure looks like a runner.

It needs this spacer to fit in where stock went

and looks like every possible surface on the inside has a knife edge, idk if its hand ported or cast like that but it looks goodI:I

it looks like it was cast like that... it looks good but i dont know about having 3 small pedals on each side. seems like it will provide unnecessary restriction and that they may warp faster. how hard are replacement pedals to get? only thing left to do is get us a ride report so we know how they are

The petals arent that small. The spacer lets the cage be bigger. But ya ride report will tell.

Oh and new carbon fiber reeds are only $30. So if this is at least better than stock then ill b happy

RIDE REPORT!!!!:i am going to call it a first ride cause i have yet to test extensivly but first impressions are GREAT. do keep in mind that i cant compare to anything but stock but i cant see how any other reeds could do much more.

instant response, much quicker to pull into the powerband and then after that revs much faster. it took me between 15 and 20 feet less to get into 5th gear. seems to have a touch more overrev. all in all, def. worth the $40 i paid. i'd do it again in a heart beat. im curious to be able to try a blaster with vforces to see but im thinking these are good enough for me
