i need to get more power out of my blaster. i have thought about trying to put a yz 250 motor in my frame , but decided it would be impossible because i cannot find a motor anywhere. so all options are available, how can i make my blaster faster and way more powerfull?????

you could put 1,000.00 in a blaster to make it real fast but don't give up on your YZ thought, those motors would stomp a BB blaster the motor is not made to be a race engine in my opinion, 50 HP YZ is stock and will run all year, and its liquid cooled,

need to ban blaster01, i am tired of looking at that ugly honda, go to the honda forum

Blaster01 you are a dumbass you went up twice the cc's it better have more power but i'm sure it isn't Much better if any and ok we all know you like your 4poke more than 2stroke

What happed to you 01? you used to be a cool guy.... Now your an ahole.

wtf man?? I dont care if you think 4strokes are the best thing since sliced bread, this is a 2stroke site and for the most part we hate your gay 4strokes so please leave your opinions to yourself and post about useful things or you can gtfo.

you have a 38mm carb and a stock exhaust??
do the things in your sig first then ask for more power..

i bought my blaster the way it is for 1000, the person before me had bought it from his friend and didnt even know wut he had or how much it was worth or wut exactly was on it lol

A motor swap may or may not be the answer. It worked to cure my power craze, for now. Different engines (to swap in) present different advantages, disadvatages, and difficulty in the process. Obviously the easiest and most predictable thing to do is the 240 kit, and this has worked well many people. It is the unpredictablity of a motor swap that makes it so you have to count on things taking twice as long as you expect. That said if you're a person like me then a motor swap would probably do nicely, but consider what you're getting into. Also I'm sure I'll get flamed but unless you're a die hard 2 stroke guy (which is totally cool) I wouldn't totally count out 4 strokes, I considered a yz250f engine but didn't even come close to having the money.

yeah i pretty much hate 4 stokes, but from my standpoint a full motor swap would be cheaper for me to do rather than buying all the parts to beef up my current motor.
