I could go on with all that has been wrong with this poor bike. But I'm looking for a few odds and ends nut and bolt sizes if anyone knows them. I need the sprocket bolts on the motor the two bolts that holds the lock clip on the last guy had two different cross threaded bolts. The exhaust stems that come from the jug size and thread size would be great and the castle nut and washer for the fly wheel another crossed thread work of art if any one could help I would be extremely greatful

Best thing would prob just go on ebay and order them, everything you said you need is on there cheap.

as for the sprocket bolts, im assuming you have a new sprocket? otherwise that would also have wrecked threads
Do you mean exhaust studs when you say exhaust stem? if they came out, you should probably re-thread them to larger threads

Sometimes when it comes to the smaller/harder to find stuff you can go through http://www.yamahapartshouse.com.
Prices on some things can be a little ridiculous so posting in the Wanted section is nice because somebody usually has a part out.

Unless they're stainless allen bolts, I hate it when people use hardware store bolts. The only reason I keep 11 & 13 mm tools in my portable tool kit is to work on my friends bikes. Anything made in Japan will be 8. 10. 12, 14, 17, & 19. You don't need all the sizes in between.
