heard if you take the choke out of the carb it will allow for more flow? also what about boring the carb? is this a diy thing? any other small mods that make the stock carb better?

I don't think removing the choke would help anything. Boring the carb would require some decent machine work, personally not worth the 1.5mm or cost you can gain to get your carb at 27.5mm. I dont think there are really any mods for the stock carb itself to perform better, besides intake like airbox lid, tube filter flow to the carb.

idk i think trying to start it without choke would be a biotch cause i start it with a choke 2nd kick nomatter what without like 50 kicks..

Pretty sure main power gains are the bore itself and flat slide is better and good jetting. Some carbs have bad designs and flaws that can be modded but i think the blaster carb doesnt have much to change.

The blaster has a plunger style, not sure how it works exactly. I just know it doesn't affect flow so much like the butterfly style a weed eater or something would have. where its directly in the center of the bore.
