Milling worth it with pump gas?

before i got my port job and stroker crank done i had the head milled down .030, i ran on regular gas and it knocked so damn bad i thought the piston was gonna come threw the gas tank lol, then i switched to 93 octane and got a 34mm carb and havent heard a sound since, but i did notice alot more compression when the head was first put on, and of course more compression = more power

I've pm'd Kennedy Power and FLOTEK with no answer. :(

hmm well i checked and never received a pm,please try again ill ansewer it for sure sometimes i have overlooked them by accident B-) sorry about that if i missed it bro

oh yeah man, if you're milled down to 30, you should def run 93.....it's still pump gas though!

You can so much power by designing the head; just not milling it.
Like I had mentioned before; the order of operation is the exhaust pipe, cylinder head design, and then the port job
Milling the head will help, the blaster head need's so much more then that.
I will never just do a port job without making changes to the head design.
In some cases there is more power to be made in the head then the porting.
