i have a 01 blaster i had got for 450 it need a head so i got a shaved one with the turbo swirl in it i put a set of fresh boyson reeds in and it fired right up first time out melte dthe front of the piston and scored the jug lightly. then i got a sonic ct jug used and put it on wit a 35mm muk my jetting was off but i had plenty of smoke was out wit it test riding and it did the same thing . do i need a bottom end

sounds like you need a bigger main jet to me.

get that jetting right. do not go lean. could you post a pic of that turbo swirl head?

just cuz shes smoking alot doesnt mean its running rich, maybe oil wise but not air/fuel mixture. you need to jet properly before you waste a bunch more money.

do y ou know what size is in it now? depending on the mods and where you live you could be needing as high as a 300 main jet

man do you own this blaster or are you just making stuff up? you seem like your trying to do alot of mods, when you dont know what the hell jetting is. you have to learn how, you can just go by what others say, you have to do tests to check its right.

yea i own a blaster .... and it was my first time really messin with it so beat it a hole
