I need some help on my new buy, i just bought a 2002 200 blaster. Its been bored out .50. I am wondering, what all should i watch out for on it, what all should i do, can do, to get it running like new again. It runs good right now but you know what I mean.

yep. And remove tors. Mine still works but seems to give alot of people a time.
this is easy new piston ring's and give hony to the cilinder; bering of the piston; new gasket;clean the piston with degreaser and easy off(product use to clean in kitchen)sumerge the piston in gasoline or a new piston i recomend wisseco and then new sparkplug and redy to run as or better new
see all that junk on top of the carb? Thats it. aswell as some stuff under the little piece of plastic in front of the bars. I just unpluged mine from the carb.
Throttle over ride system...... what tors is is a safety device. it reads your throttle cable position with the thumb throttle position .if by chance your throttle gets stuck and your not on the throttle it will override and kill your engine for safety. people were getting hurt with stuck throttle cables so they put on a safety device to combat this.
