Anyways i can make my blaster bigger in size? And cheap, also better back and front suspension.

450r shock+ kor busshing set in the back (or works/elka/fox for mucho denero) with extended wing arm + Shee axle

What year is your blaster? From the picture in your avatar it looks like a Post 03, if not you can flip the front rims for nothing to make the front wider. Wheel spacers can also widen it, they are fairly cheap compared to new A arms and wider axles.

any one know how big over stock (14.5" i think) you can go eye on front shocks w/o binding the ball joints?
i.e. banshee(15" ?)
dont quote me on the length measurements... only from best memory, and my college years were cruel... lol

Yup I'm running them. I think its 15.75" eye to eye. I know they're a bit longer because my front ends sits a bit higher. Well worth it though!
