Well I just installed the magura hydraulic clutch, but the slave has too much play. I figured since it's blaster specific it would have the correct spacer for it. Did anyone have to custom fab a spacer for it? Could anyone post a pic of what their slave looks like?

There is no spacer for that application. You can twist the holder that it sits in towards the front to get the 3/16" play that is required.

Well here is the pic of how much slop there is. I'm sure its bled correctly, as it pulls all the way in. I pulled it until it is just before engaging.

Its really got me bummed, seems as if the piston rod doesn't have enough throw on it, the best adjustment I get it still slips, or doesn't engage at all.

well im not too familiar with hydraulic clutches, but with my cable clutch, you have to wrap it exremely tight, get the little square piece that holds onto your lever all the way in, then put the puller on the shaft as tight as you can, then have a fun time with some vice grips getting the square piece in your lever.
idk if hydraulic clutches are anything like that, but i hope it helps

Get one of the little adjustment barrels of a brake lever and cut it to the right length and put it between clutch lever and ball at the end of the cable.
I don't know if I even follow what I am saying, so here is a pic.

that wont work. did you even look at the cable end on your own clutch? just go look at it for a second. do it for me.

Why wouldn't it work, I didn't say use the whole brake lever, I said use the barrel and cut it off to the right length, its a perfect fit if you get a small one. Sucka.

Side Note : Nice ride, I love the orange/aluminum/black, sick.

If I can get to my quad Ill post some pics of my magura setup, but I don't have anything special on it that I recall....

FunandStupid has the right idea, but... He has it in the wrong spot, the cable end will slip out of that adjuster be its not ment for the cable end, its ment for the cable housing to pull it away from the cable itself. Although it sucks to have to rig something made to come ready to use maybe if you put the cable adjust at the bottom of the master cylinder in the lil holder fat part facing the master and then get a second adjusting nut to put on the other side of the holder to stop it from moving, get it with the spacing you want then with some thread lock tighten the bolt tight. I have rigged many machines with handy brake levers either to use a hand brake on a go cart steering wheel or even as a throttle on a go cart steering wheel, I am pretty sure it would work.
