lol, yeah, I dunno. if I had another one or a line on another one for parts maybe it would be worth it. if it runs like a champ and rides well then basically I'm buying a runner in need of major cosmetic rebuild lol.
I don't mind the looks as I'm not planning to baby it at all. I'm gonna try to fix anything that's broken from a ride-ability aspect then just ramble it. I don't need to have it as a show bike. look decent enough to not be embarassed to have it in my truck or riding it would be enough for me lol. but since I probably can't even ship in plastics for a decent price I'd be looking at new maier stuff from the local shop at like $500 for the full set. then seat cover and it will look not too bad, polish the rims, put some rear tires on it...
if I can sell some of the millions of parts I have and the kids old LT80 to get it and a front fender set I will be happy lol. looking at getting a black maier front plastic and a white carbon or black carbon hood and black rear fender possibly as well. but I still need to pay for my race tech front shocks that're at DeRisi racing for my LTR450 lol, so I mean, this is all just speculation at this point...
I like the maier plastics and this hood, I would probably use the hood cap on mine tho lol
I'd probably put a DG bumper on it since they're cheap on ebay... or find donor plastics LOL

so with that in mind, IF I sell my tires tomorrow, (which unless my wife goes into active labor I will be working instead) as well as my sons LT80 and all the spare 660 crap I have laying around. it's probably not gonna happen
and I'm just window shopping lol. always nice to know more tho. and now after searching I already know how to tell if the top end is an 87+ now to ride it and see if it has 6 gears LOL, if I sell my sons bike and pick up the LTR I will not really have money to put into it for a while til I sell more crap. I have money, but the wife won't let me out of pocket a full cosmetic rebuild lol. I really want to ride one of these tho and see what I think
I'm sure the weight will make it a fun ride lol. that coupled with decent power = good times I need a trail rig now that I sold my raptor a while back and am putting my LTR450 for strictly MX lol. I want this thing to be able to do all the minor jumps tho like 20' tables ect. so I may have to get some +2+1 arms and make my stock 450 shocks fit I saw one member said he did that on e2s forums
