So I am in the middle of putting my lower a-arm back together from painting it and when I get to a certain point on the bolt the nut stops and the bolt just spins. What could be the problem and what do I have to do to fix it?

You will need to put some pressure on the arm to get it to seat into the spindle and use an impact gun to spin it on.
Okay so I tryed to get it back together when I got home from school and I got it to where the bolt is beginning to come past the top of the nut and I can't get it anymore. I had a punch on the top of the bolt to hit while I was hitting it with a hammer and thats how I got it as far as I did. I used the impact wrench and pretty much pulled my feet off the ground applying pressure and that didn't even move it so what does it mean I need a new a-arm.
Impact guns can b ur best friend sometimes. I just used an impact and a wrench with lots of elbow grease an profanity

i have no clue which bolt ur talking about? the ball joint nut?? if so...get a ball joint fork..there like 6 bucks..works great.
I am gunna go out and try some more really quick homework can come after I get the blaster back together.
post a pic of what your talking about if you can. i have no idea what your talking about either. I wouldnt think you would need a new a-arm... Oh wait a minute if your talking about the ball joint and putting the ball joint back in and its spinning then the tapered joint is not snugly secured unto the taper. But like i said post a pic if you can. Seems i had a problem like that before...
I got it back together you know the saying if it don't fit force it man I follow through with that saying so much now I am just working on the rear brake. The problem I am having with them is the brake pad is getting in the in way like its to big and when I go to put the cover on the brakes it is about 1/4 of an inch from become closed but I can't get that 1/4 of an inch. Any help you guys can give me would be great.

I put the cover on and the brakes go all the way closed so I can't put the brake mechanism over my brake disc.
thats good to hear that u got it all back toghter. so when u taking it out for a test ride. soon hopefully. un like m with my quads. lol 
I drove it around my yard last night at like 8:00p.m. I can't take it anywhere to ride becuase its hunting season and it will screw up the deer and I am usually out hunting anyways.
