Will water in the stator side case make the engine run like crap?

Will a filed spark plug make the engine run like crap but still kick start fine?

Will water in gas make the engine run like crap?

If my crank seals are worn out will it make the engine run like crap?

Water in any part of a aircooled engine is not good.

If your crank seals are bad it will cause an airleak which will result in a lean condition and to detonation. If the clutch side crank seal is bad you will be getting gear oil in the crank case and it will smoke white and smell real bad.
If you have water in your gas you should drain the tank and clean the carb.
If you are getting water into tha stator you should check to see if the rubber gasket is still good or even there. Also check to see if the stator cover is cracked. If there is water in there dry it out and hope your stator is still good.
Also why would you file your plug? If the plug is not good anymore get a new one.

Well to better explain,my blaster runs,has compression,reeds good,plug good,carb clean,correct jetting

But no power and doesnt really idle right,backfires kinda then dies after a min.

Water was in my stator for sure though,not in my gas.
