Hey i have been searching through this forum for a while trying to figure out my 02 blatsers problem. At first it did not have spark because somebody hot wires it wrong (did not have key) and then it was not getting fuel. so i cleaned out the carb and the float was stuck up. so i freed it up and put it back together. still nothing... i turn the gas on and it pores out of the hose but when i hook it to the cab and try to drain the bowl nothing comes out... Help me figur this out please

Either the carb inlet is plugged, your float is adjusted wrong or your float is still sticking for some reason. With the needle out of the seat (float off) blow compressed air into the inlet, that should clear the passage. Then check your float height adjustment. If those both check out then there is something causing your float to stick closed, does it move freely with the bowl off?
Check the float valve. I had the same problem when my float valve got stuck closed and wouldn't allow any fuel in the bowl.
Take off the hole carb and strip it, give it a good clean and make sure the jets are clean and that the float is set up rite. check your float valve for wear and if worn get a new one put it back to gether and you are sorted
