I'm looking at a 2000 blaster that has some stuff done to it. I'm wanting to know if it needs the 32mm Keihin carb that is on it? Because I don't think its running right and he says its just cause its rich and that you have to stay way on the pipe at high rpms to keep going. What do you guys think???

It has the Vitos 240 big bore kit, port and polish, full CPI pipe and silencer, Boyesen Power Reeds, 1/4 inch reed spacer, oil injection delete, TORS delete, and the 32mm Keihin carb. He also says he is mixing at 38:1. And for some reason it has a 12 tooth front sprocket and stock rear sprocket. Shouldn't it have a 14?

He only wants $900 and it also has the Maier front and back plastics, Banshee axle, wider A-Arms, Hydro front and back brakes, Tag handle bars, a DG bumper, Nerf bars, Aluminum skid plate, and paddle tires on rims included.

Here are some pics of it.

Should I get it??? If so, should I keep the keihin carb on it or put a stock one back on?

Thanks I:I

def sounds worth 900. that carb should be just about right for those upgrades. if not larger. his jetting is off or he has an airleak that needs to be taken care of but that is a pretty good list of upgrades. you plannin on keepin this one? still try to talk him down to 750 or so though. you are going to run through those gears really quick with a twelve i would switch to a 14. but some people like a lot of bottom end and no top
